Longstone’s self contained accommodation lends it’s self perfectly to be adapted to either self-catering or serviced at a moments notice! Our flexible calendar system is synced to allow both self-catering bookings accommodating up to four adults as well as our traditional individual room bookings with breakfast options. Giving our guests the best of both worlds!

Relax next to a cosy log fire after a breath taking walk on the moors, or return from a busy day at the beach to a BBQ feast, and marshmallows around to the fire pit. The well equipped BBQ & cold food preparation area is located within the breakfast room, opening out onto the south facing terrace.
BREAKFAST AT LONGSTONE
Served at a time that suits you between 08.00 -10.00 our delicious continental breakfast which includes seasonal and locally sourced ingredient’s subject to change. Such as pastries, fresh fruit salads, cereals, bread, cold meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice and hot drinks. Additional cooked dishes, take-away items and guest services may also be added to your order. take-away, lunch and graze hampers also available to pre-order.
THE BLACK VENUS INN
The Black Venus Traditional country pub just a short five minute country stroll from Longstone Bed & Breakfast. It is believed to be the only pub in England bearing this name. Serving wonderfully tasty food and drink. Booking a table in advance is highly recommended.

ELOPE
Longstone Bed & Breakfast’s luxurious, country boutique style lends itself perfectly to those looking to elope to Exmoor to escape the expectation of a large and expensive day! Elopement weddings, hosting up to 15 day guests, may be held either in the breakfast room or outside within the grounds.

JUST OVER AN HOUR FROM TAUNTON
Avoid potential traffic congestion on the A361 – North Devon link road and follow the heart of Exmoor route. Exiting the M5 motorway at Taunton junction 25. Travelling through Raleigh’s Cross, Wheddon Cross, Exford and Simonsbath before arriving in Challacombe. Not only is this route the most scenic taking in Exmoor’s traditional villages and open countryside views, it is almost exactly the same distance in miles, taking just over an hour from Taunton.
